Reblaiz (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account data: email, hashed password, name
  • Subscription data: plan, billing cycle, payment method
  • Content data: FAQs, documents, URLs you upload
  • Usage data: conversations, messages, analytics metrics
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Train AI models on your content (only your own data)
  • Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts)
  • Improve the Service (aggregated, anonymized analytics)
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: OpenAI (AI processing), Resend (email), hosting providers, payment processors. All sign data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), JWT-based authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

Under GDPR, CCPA, and Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data (portability)
