1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reblaiz (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reblaiz provides an AI Agent platform for customer support that allows businesses to create, train, and deploy AI Agents across multiple channels including web widget, Zalo OA, and Facebook Messenger.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Reblaiz (FAQs, documents, URLs, conversations). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (AI providers, hosting, etc.).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be removed per our retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reblaiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
